You have 14 days from receiving your artwork to request a refund or replacement. 

Please contact us at info@makereadyeditions.com and include the following:

• Your order number (this can be found on your email confirmation)

• Photos (if damaged — include both the artwork and the external packaging)

• A brief explanation for the return

Artworks must be returned in the original condition and packaging.

For all returns, we arrange a door-to-door collection, which we will coordinate with you directly following your request. A tracking number will be provided. 

Please do not book your own courier, as we can’t track external shipments and may be unable to process a refund.

Once the artwork is safely received, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of arrival to our warehouse. You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus a flat €20 return fee. 

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.

If your delivery address is within the EU, any EU VAT paid will be refunded. For UK orders below the £135 threshold, any UK VAT paid will also be refunded. We cannot refund any import duties or local taxes you may have paid to your local customs authority. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authority.
