1. The promoter is Make Ready Editions (“the Promoter”). The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. The giveaway is open to Instagram users aged 18 years or over, except employees of Make Ready Editions, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To be eligible, entrants must be following the official Make Ready Editions Instagram account (@makereadyeditions) at the time of the draw.
3. By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

1. Entry is automatic for all followers of the Make Ready Editions Instagram account at the time the monthly draw takes place.
2. No purchase is necessary. There is no fee to enter.
3. Only one entry per Instagram account per monthly draw. Multiple or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.

1. One winner will be selected at random from eligible followers once per calendar month.
2. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter using a random selection method.
3. The date of each monthly draw is at the Promoter’s discretion.

1. The prize is one (1) unframed print selected by the Promoter from the Make Ready Editions catalogue.
2. The prize selection is limited to prints of works by artists represented through their estates. Prints by living/contemporary artists represented by Make Ready Editions are excluded from this promotion.
3. The specific print awarded is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and may vary month to month, subject to availability.
4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

1. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the draw.
2. The winner must respond and provide a valid UK postal address within 14 days of notification. If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.
3. The Promoter may announce the winner’s Instagram handle publicly on the Make Ready Editions account.

1. The prize will be shipped to UK addresses only at no cost to the winner.
2. International shipping may be arranged at the winner’s expense, at the Promoter’s discretion.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice and without liability to any entrant.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
3. In the event of cancellation, no entrant shall be entitled to any compensation or prize.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms or who is found to have used bots, fake accounts, or any other fraudulent means to enter.

1. Personal information collected from the winner (name, address) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for delivery.
2. Data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. The Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
