Paying with Klarna

Who can use Klarna?

Customers in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom will have the option to use Klarna when purchasing some works.

What Klarna payment options are available?

Available options depend on your order value, billing address, and card details.

All available Klarna payment options will be displayed at checkout.

What happens if I make a return?

If you return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue a new statement once we process your return. Follow our return instructions and keep the tracking number. 

Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as we have registered your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.

There's something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?

You do not need to pay for goods that are damaged, broken or faulty. Follow our dispute instructions and make sure to “Report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement while the issue is resolved.

Once the return or cancellation is registered, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I have not received my order. What happens to my Klarna statement?

You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. 

Contact our support team for an update on the delivery. 

Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.

My Klarna statement is incorrect. What should I do?

If your statement does not match your order details, please contact our support team directly for a correction of your statement. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.

What happens if I don’t pay for my Pay in 3 instalments order?

Klarna will automatically try to collect each instalment from the card used at checkout.

If a payment fails, Klarna will attempt again after 7 days, and once more 7 days later.

If the final attempt fails, Klarna will add the missed amount to your next instalment.

If the final instalment also fails, Klarna will issue a statement for the full outstanding amount, due 15 days later.

Late or missed payments may incur fees or interest. While your credit score will not be affected, failing to make payments may restrict your future use of Klarna.

In rare cases, Klarna may engage an external debt collection agency as a last resort.
